We are currently seeking experienced people to fulfill several roles in the development of the mod. If you think you have what it takes, don't hesitate to send a message using the form provided at the bottom of this section, making sure you include links to your portfolio or samples of your work.

Character concept artist
​
Responsibilities:
Work along the art director and character 3d
artists, to define the look of the characters that
will populate the Norfolk Wasteland.
​
Requirements:
​
-Great artistic abilities, including proficiency
on anatomy, color and costume design.
-Understanding of the Fallout setting and the
retro-futuristic aesthetics (Pulp magazines, tv-dinner advertising, jet age, art deco, etc)
-Knowledge about technical limitations and
how they affect the design process
-Ability to visually represent the background/backstory of a character
-Great communication skills
3d Artist
​
Responsibilities:
Work along the art director, the concept art team, and the level designers to produce 3d assets.
​
Requirements:
​
-Knowledge of 3ds Max /Blender/Maya
-Zbrush abilities are a plus
-Ability to develop High polygon models and create normal maps from them.
-Understanding of Modularity and how this works in the Creation Kit tools.
-Good texturing skills
-Great communication skills
-Willing to take criticism and feedback


Character 3d Artist
​
Responsibilities:
Work along the art director and the concept art team, to produce 3d characters based on the references provided.
​
Requirements:
​
-Proficiency in Zbrush
-3ds Max / Blender knowledge is a plus.
-Understanding of Topology and how animation deforms the meshes and apply this knowledge into a correct edge loop placement.
-Ability to develop High polygon models and create normal maps from them.
-Good texturing skills
-Willing to work in both organic and mechanical characters.
-Great communication skills
-Willing to take criticism and feedback
-Knowledge of the pipeline of the Creation Kit regarding character creation and set up, is a great plus.

Level Designers
​
Responsibilities:
​
-
Use Creation Engine toolset to design, implement and optimize game locations
-
Analize documentation provided to ensure locations convey setting and storytelling to players.
​
Requirements:
​
-Excellent sense of 3d space.
-Ability to understand the concept of storytelling and atmosphere to implement it into their levels.
-Experience populating game levels
-Experience with the creation kit.
-Previous experience in modding is a plus.
-Excellent communication skills.

Voice Acting
​
Responsibilities:
Provide voices for several characters that fits his/her voice tone.
​
Requirements:
​
-Good characterization skills
-Ability to express a wide range of emotions through dialog
-Good recording equipment (Semi-professional or professional is a plus)
